Fingerprint Enrollment for the DCSA Trusted Workforce 2.0 Vetting Program

The Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) is the federal agency this fingerprint program supports. Under the government's Trusted Workforce 2.0 program, DCSA must have a current, classifiable fingerprint on file for cleared and national security sensitive personnel so they can be enrolled in the FBI's Rap Back service. You are in the right place if you were notified by DCSA, your employer, or your facility security officer (FSO) that you need to provide new fingerprints for your security clearance, background investigation, or Rap Back enrollment. Online appointment scheduling opens on Monday, August 10, 2026 and appointments will be available through Tuesday, September 29, 2026. No action is needed from you today.

BACKGROUND CLEARANCE

The Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency has partnered with ApplicantServices.com to streamline the fingerprinting process. The registration process will prompt you to: complete your personal information, select a fingerprinting location, make an appointment, and watch a short video on how to prepare for the fingerprinting session to minimize rejection.

EMAIL AUTHENTICATION

The first step in the registration process will be to authenticate your email address. Once you provide your email address, you will receive a 6-digit code in your email box. Note, if you provide your cell phone number during the registration process, you will receive appointment text reminders. To track transaction progress, use the Transaction History link at the top of this screen.

Your fingerprints will be submitted to the FBI immediately. Typical turn-around time from the FBI is only a few hours. Virtually all fingerprint background check transactions are completed within 48 hours.

Approximately 1% of the Applicants will be rejected due to poor fingerprint image quality. If you received a rejection notification, please contact the original live scan fingerprinting location to arrange for a "RESUBMISSION." "RESUBMISSION" is FREE! Follow the requirements below:

Must bring the Rejection Letter from the FBI or the Requesting Agency.
Must complete the Resubmission within 30 days (we recommend 14 days).
Must return to the Original Fingerprint Location to perform the Resubmission.
Rejection must be caused by poor fingerprint quality. If you entered the data incorrectly, you must initiate and pay for a NEW transaction.

We recommend that you apply ample lotion to your hands throughout the day for at least one week prior to returning to the live scan location for resubmission.

Registering on our website will provide you additional features such as the ability to reschedule appointments and track transaction progress. To register, follow the procedure below:

Click on the "Login" link or the "Get Fingerprinted" Menu Option at the top of the screen.
Click on the “Register” Tab in the popup window.
Enter your Email and all the information requested from “STEP 1” to “STEP 4” tabs on the screen.
You will receive an Activation Email from Support@ApplicantServices.com. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam box.
Click on the link (or copy the link) provided in the Activation Email, this link will take activate your account.

Simply click on "Get Fingerprinted" menu at the top of the page. Then, register as a User. Then select the “Live Scan Locations” to find a Live Scan provider near you.
