Click on “Get Fingerprinted” tab at the top of the screen. Register as a “New User” or sign in as a “Guest User”. If signing in as a “Guest User”, skip to step 4. If registering as a “New User", once registered, you will receive an email from support@ApplicantServices.com with additional instructions. Enter your information in the required fields. Select a fingerprint location nearest you, and schedule a fingerprint appointment. Once you schedule your appointment, you’ll receive an appointment reminder via email and text message. Print out the fingerprint authorization form and bring it with you to your fingerprint appointment along with two forms of identification. There will be no out of pocket expense; MUFG Union Bank N.A. pays for your fingerprints to be processed. Thank you, MUFG Union Bank, N.A.
